FARSB extended the Summer Hunger Campaign Match!

We have a Summer Hunger Campaign going on with a match of up to $17,500. This will secure funding through the warmer months when more children face food insecurity without consistent school meals and will extend until July 4th.

FARSB Hosts Saturday Health & Food Lessons for Kids in September

FARSB Hosts TGIF this September!

Join us every Saturday for the month of September as we teach you little ones about healthy choices, the food cycle, and gut health.

Each hour-long session introduces children to the importance of eating foods to support their health, provides hands-on experience with a cooking demonstration with Kianna from Riverside Free Health Clinic, and features a guest speaker from CBU.

Then, the final week wraps up with a special field trip to Overflow Farms, where attendees can pick fresh produce and learn about sustainable growing practices!

FARSB Marks 6 Months of the Fresh Start Pantry

FARSB Celebrates 6-Month Anniversary of the Fresh Start Pantry by Goodman!

Our food bank opened the client-choice pantry in January 2025, and this July marks the half-year mark for the space.

Some stats we're celebrating for this occasion:
- 200 clients served on average monthly
- 3 cooking demonstrations hosted
- 100+ volunteer shifts filled
