FARSB Hosts Saturday Health & Food Lessons for Kids in September

FARSB Hosts TGIF this September!

Join us every Saturday for the month of September as we teach you little ones about healthy choices, the food cycle, and gut health.

Each hour-long session introduces children to the importance of eating foods to support their health, provides hands-on experience with a cooking demonstration with Kianna from Riverside Free Health Clinic, and features a guest speaker from CBU.

Then, the final week wraps up with a special field trip to Overflow Farms, where attendees can pick fresh produce and learn about sustainable growing practices!
