At first when I heard about Early Achievers, I wasn’t sure if I would have what it takes to meet all of the requirements, but with the support I have received, I feel like, “Yes I can!” If you dig deep and find out for yourself what Early Achievers is all about, you’ll see it’s pretty simple: improving the quality of child care that we provide to the children and families we serve. Your support has helped me to make this transition so smooth.

I am deeply grateful for the CCA of WA Scholarship!
The CCA of WA Scholarship relieved me greatly of financial pressure so I could focus more of my mind and energy on the studies while pursuing my education. It gave me the opportunity to complete my BA in Early Childhood Education, which resonates with me in my passion for working with young children. I look forward to the last quarter’s study in the spring and I want to, and will finish it strong. I hope my BA in Early Childhood Education will brdg me with other ECE professionals to be active advocates in making differences in the learning and development of young children. A few things that I learned from the past year was to set up a goal, focus, and work hard towards my goal, and to always be grateful and think positively no matter what the situation might be.
