  • Search for your nonprofit in the CauseCircle directory. Can’t find it? No worries—you can easily add your NPO to the directory.
  • Once you locate your nonprofit, sign up using Single Sign-On (SSO) for fast and secure access. Complete the Claim Listing Form to get started.

  • Share your verification documents for the claim process. Don’t have them ready? No problem— skip the upload step and submit them later. 
  • Acceptable docs: Employee Badge, Employment Verification Doc or valid ID proof.

Step 3: You're All Set - Start Collecting Impactful Stories

  • Once verified, your nonprofit profile is yours to manage. Invite your team, update your profile, and start collecting impactful content that showcases your mission.
  • Your supporters can be your biggest storytellers. Whether it’s for your annual fundraisers, campaigns, or day-to-day activities, your supporters help convey your mission in an authentic way that resonates.
