Spread the word on your favorite platforms.
Step 1: Go to Admin Dashboard
Log in to your CauseCircle Admin account and open the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click “Nonprofit Stats”
Select Nonprofit Stats to view key performance insights for your organization’s CauseCircle profile.
Step 3: Monitor Core Metrics
Your dashboard displays real-time stats including:
Total Followers: Number of users following your nonprofit.
Total Views: Profile views across your nonprofit’s stories and pages.
Total Stories: Total number of stories published by your organization.
Total Donate Clicks: How many times supporters clicked your “Donate” button.
Step 4: Track Story and Follower Trends
Use the Stories Creation chart to see how many stories were posted over time.
Check the Followers section to view who recently followed your nonprofit.
Step 5: Measure Progress Toward Goals
The Story Weekly Goal widget shows how close your nonprofit is to reaching its weekly story target, along with counts for approved and pending stories.
Step 6: Switch Between Views
Toggle between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tabs to view engagement trends over different time periods.
