Set Up Your Volunteer Profile

Every CauseCircle user has a Volunteer Profile by default. That means, even if you have signed up as a Nonprofit Admin, you have a personal Volunteer Profile. This is your personal profile that you can use to follow causes, share stories, and support nonprofits beyond your own organization.

 To access and update your Volunteer Profile:

  1. Click on your name or profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the Profile Dropdown menu, under the PROFILE section, click View Profile to access your Volunteer Profile. Viola, you’re now seeing your volunteer profile that looks something like this:

  1. To update your Volunteer Profile, click Edit Profile under the SETTINGS section in the Profile Dropdown. 

  1. Update your: Name, Profile Photo, Bio or Contact Information

Your Volunteer Profile is visible to nonprofits and other users on the platform. This helps build community and transparency around who’s supporting which causes.
